Our company culture: international growth and industrial development in France

SAPCO is a SME company which decided to develop all of its industrial activity in France, unlike most of its competition who outsourced their production to Asia or Eastern Europe.

Our industrial modernisation policy, as well as our strong growth (growth of 70% of the turnover during the last 5 years, including 90% internationally), has pushed the company to develop technologies of automatization in its production floors, and to create new jobs in the factory (automation operator, line manager, etc.).

The quality of our products and customer service is part and parcel of our culture. Several processes have been put in place to guarantee this quality on the long term. We continuously work on reducing our rejects rate to always ensure a functioning and quality product.  We also put in place a complete quality control procedure at every level of production, as well as a complete traceability of our products, which allows us to identify the source of all quality issues, and to act in consequence.

Diversity is also a force at SAPCO. The company places a strong importance on the induction of young people in our teams by offering internships and apprenticeships to students. Diversity also translates into the diversity of the educational profiles of our employees. Indeed, SAPCO is open to hiring an array of different diplomas, and places importance on the ability to learn and interpersonal skills.
